Overview
The talent requirements of the future industries are completely different. Every industry is undergoing a disruptive period, and they are struggling to bridge the talent gap like unlike in the past. The significance of a cohesive and collaborative movement among the knowledge celebrities like yourself in the ecosystem to solve this most pressing problem is high on demand. It's time for revamping the knowledge ecosystem of Trivandrum, where we can bridge the skill gap and ensure that our next generation is equipped for the future they're heading to. Trivandrum has been a renowned knowledge hub in the state but we believe it's time to take it global.
In our state of Kerala, the Government is on its mission in creating 2 million job opportunities through skilling 3 million talent from the age of 18 to 50. This is the opportunity that is lying ahead. This reaffirms the need for us to come together and contribute to the cause.
About Event
This is a community meetup of existing and aspiring trainers and training organisations in Trivandrum City to discuss the future - opportunities and challenges - that are lying ahead, industry perspective on the demand side, and how we can collaborate and empower the movement together.
CCCIET B-HUB, powered by Bloombloom, has dreamt of uniting, empowering and enabling passionate trainers and organizations to bridge this supply-demand talent gap and to build a thriving community where we connect and collaborate to elevate the knowledge reservoir of Trivandrum to the next level. We believe that we can only achieve change as we collectively collaborate as a community. This shall be the kick starter to many community activities in the future spearheaded by B-HUB for the ecosystem. Around such 50 Communities in Tech, Science, Arts and so on operates out of B-HUB. We believe this will be yet another game-changer for Trivandrum.
