About Event
Job Expo is a monthly series to connect aspiring individuals with the right opportunities at CCCIET B-HUB, powered by Bloombloom. Fresh talent, women with career break, individuals looking to explore more are all welcome!
Bloombloom is the talent discovery and talent development Partner for companies at CCCIET B-HUB, several Global Funded Startups and MNCs like Allianz, VMware, Qapital QA & many more.
This Job Expo is designed to provide you with the chance to showcase your skills to us and earn an interview based on your skills directly with the company.
We are only looking for the top 250 individulals for this edition. You shall undergo a three step selection process.
Step 1: Application and Initial Selection Video Submission
Step 2: Telephonic Interview
Step 3: Live Offline Interview at B-HUB
Please note that at each of the three steps there shall be an elimination. Only the ones who qualify the first two steps can attend the final offline interview at B-HUB. Based on your skills, we shall be allotting you towards the respective companies.
The major domains we're looking for is customer service, voice process, centre management, learning programme management, administration, technology roles, and so on. Details of each company and the role shall find it's way directly to your email based on your qualification and as we near the Job Expo. We believe in matchmaking you with the right opportunity.

The Programme:
- Once you have registered for the Job Expo, please fill out the form sent to you. This is to allow us to get to know you and ensure that you have a seamless experience at the event.
- On the day of the Expo, a briefing will be given to you regarding all the companies and job roles present at the venue. Additionally, one day prior to the Expo, you will receive a list of all the companies joining us, along with details of the job roles they are offering.
- Our team will provide you with a form to collect your interests and skills, which will be used to match you with the right opportunity at B-HUB.
- You will go through three levels of interviews. Two levels shall be online and one shall be offline. But don't worry, we believe in you! Even if you get disqualified based on the pre-qualification by a company, you will still have a chance to shine with another company that matches your skills at our April edition of the Job Expo 2023.
- The offline Job Expo shall be held between 9.30 am and 4 pm.
We are confident that you will do great in your interviews, and upon successful completion of all levels, we will let you know your selection status and hand over your details to the respective companies. Our expo follows an Employment Exchange model, which means that the job opportunities are not limited to traditional roles but also include Gig opportunities. For us, your passion and attitude are all that matter. The rest of the skills can be developed, and we can support you in reaching your goals. This is not an expo that you will see anywhere else, so come, experience it, and let's make this a successful and fulfilling Job Expo!
Event Pre-Qualification
No pre-qualification at all, just the right skills!
Recommended Audience
Graduates of the academic year, 2021 - 2022 and freshers who are passing out in the academic year, 2022 - 2023. But we do not look at your age if you have the skills and the right attitude!
Event Pre-requisites
The document to carry along with you for the offline Job Expo shall be informed to you based on your qualification of level 1 and level 2 qualifications.
